The 76th North Carolina Strawberry Festival is proud to announce that the North Carolina Hot Air Balloon Association will be displaying more than 25 hot air balloons on Saturday and Sunday  in Chadbourn, NC.  The balloons will be on display at the vendor's area at the corner beside Chadbourn Food Lion Shopping Center & Hardees.
